Position: Varicent ICM Developer
Location: Dallas, TX
Contract: 12 months
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and configure Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement compensation plans, workflows, and rules within Varicent ICM.
• Manage data integration, ETL processes, and reporting using Varicent.
• Optimize and troubleshoot system performance and calculations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate incentive compensation processing.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Varicent functionalities.
Requirements:
• 8 years of experience in Varicent ICM implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of ICM concepts, compensation plans, and incentive models.
• Hands-on experience with Varicent Composer, Presenter, and Scheduler.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling.
• Experience with reporting tools (Cognos, Power BI, or Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
