Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Expert proficiency in C++ and Qt (or equivalent event-driven frameworks). Extensive experience developing high-performance, real-time 3D rendering applications (OpenGL, Vulkan, or similar). Proficiency with QML and modern UI/UX design principles. Experience developing software on Linux operating systems. Demonstrated ability to work as a generalist across multiple technology stacks (including web/cloud technologies). Strong architectural skills and experience setting technical direction for complex projects. Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with Python and modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Vite, etc.). Experience with ROS, embedded systems, and/or real-time operating systems. Experience with medical device development and privacy/security processes and regulations (FDA, IEC 62304, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.). Experience with cloud-based architectures and distributed systems.
