RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
  proper coding of transactions to the general ledger.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank statements.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,
  including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage grant accounting, ensuring compliance with grant agreements and reporting
  requirements.
• Track grant expenditures and prepare invoices and financial reports for grantors.
• Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and budgets.

• General Accounting experience
• Grants experience is a huge plus!
• Non-profit experience is a plus!
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
