Role Overview This is an individual contributor role focused on educating healthcare professionals about BeiGene's approved medicines and indications. You will collaborate across various teams, including the Targeted Account Team. The RMSL's primary responsibility is to build and maintain customer relationships, providing accurate medical and scientific information to support the safe and effective use of BeiGene products. You will demonstrate expertise by delivering timely medical education and engaging in scientific exchange with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, Pharmacy Directors, and P&T committee members across diverse practice settings. This role is scientific and non-promotional, remaining independent of sales and marketing functions, in compliance with regulations. Territory New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Colorado, Arkansas. Key Responsibilities Engage in proactive scientific exchange and presentations to support understanding of product indications. Respond to unsolicited medical information requests. Gather scientific insights. Conduct non-promotional scientific discussions. Deliver corporate overviews and disease state presentations. Provide educational programs on BeiGene products proactively or upon request. Attend congresses as part of the strategy. Experience & Qualifications Clinical oncology experience in hematology/oncology. Established relationships with relevant healthcare professionals in the region. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills. Flexibility to work with global colleagues. Willingness to travel approximately 60-70%. Prior MSL experience or experience in Hematology/Oncology patient care. Knowledge of community oncology practice needs and challenges. Capabilities & Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively. Deep understanding of disease states and treatment algorithms. Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and the pharmaceutical industry. Ability to identify unmet medical and educational needs. Skill in interpreting scientific data for educational purposes. High emotional intelligence and appreciation for diversity. Knowledge of compliance guidelines. Ability to lead training initiatives. Proven results-driven and strategic thinking abilities. Comfort with ambiguity and change. Strong project management and organizational skills. Education Requirements MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO with at least 5 years of clinical/scientific experience, or NP, PA, Master’s Degree with at least 6 years of clinical/scientific experience. Additional Information Salary Range: $186,200 - $236,200 annually. Compensation is based on skills, experience, education, and location.
