Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience with High and Ultra High Net Worth clients. Preferred Skills: Strong network with excellent relationship management and business development skills. Proven success in specific client segments or verticals. Ability to profile clients and create tailored strategies. Skill in coordinating a team of specialists. Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts effectively. A strategic advisor mindset with problem-solving passion. Independent decision-making and business ownership mentality. CFA or CFP designation preferred.
