Provides medical and scientific value to Oncology medical team. Collaboration and cross-functional working with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, regulatory) to plan and assist the appropriate and optimal use of GSK oncology medicines. Ensure that all company scientific activities respect internal, national and international ethical guidelines.
Provide medical advice and input in the development and implementation of business strategies related to TA business.
Lead development and implementation of the medical plan which is consistent with the country business plan for TA Business Unit.
Ensure adequate medical information and customer support for healthcare professionals in the daily usage of GSK brands.
Develop and facilitate relations with key opinion leaders and authorities at a country level.
Optimize cross-functional support within the organization, ensuring effective communication between medical and brand teams.
Provide business development support, offering technical advice on product development and licensing opportunities.
Ensure compliance and medical governance through:
Training on relevant SOPs
Ensuring promotional and training materials comply with regulatory requirements
Managing issues that may adversely affect business
Ensure compliance with standards and procedures for clinical activities, including studies and research grants.

Ensure compliance with standards for clinical activities, studies, and research grants.

Master's degree or higher in Medical/Science fields
Knowledge of clinical development processes and regulatory requirements
At least 2-3 years' experience as a Medical Advisor in Oncology
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Skills in PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
