Job Description

We’re hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead our field operations across major infrastructure projects in Texas. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic construction environment. You’ll manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and logistics—while keeping safety, quality, and schedules on point.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of field labor and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety protocols.
• Manage site logistics, equipment, and material tracking.
• Oversee quality control and jobsite productivity.
• Conduct safety meetings and collaborate with Safety Manager on compliance.
• Maintain detailed reports on progress, incidents, and scheduling.
• Act as company liaison with unions, inspectors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate field input to assist the Fleet Manager with deployment, maintenance, and repair planning.
• Maintain a strong presence on the jobsite to ensure high workmanship and productivity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience.
• OSHA 30 & CPR/First Aid certifications required.
• Strong ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Familiar with project management software and safety tools.
• Leadership experience in union environments a plus.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions; PPE required.
